You can call it Sugarcane or Sugar Cane, either way its freaking amazing. We got our first stalks from a local we met on Offerup years ago and after a few failed attempts we were able to get this bad boy growing and it had done nothing but produce delicious stalk after delicious stalk for us over the years. We use it in drinks, as a syrup on pancakes or a sweetener in other baked goods. The stalks even make good mulch!
The juice produced from this is incredibly sweet, earthy and rich.
